The ABI Oakley is a stunning caravan and has been very well maintained.  It is on the top row of the park and within a short distance from the laundry room.  It comes with decking so you can admire the views.

The main feature when you enter the caravan is the amount of space and light in the lounge area, plenty of seating for all the family and friends.  Lots of shelving, tv area, and a gas fire with mirror above it.  Under seating storage and a dining area which can seat 4-6.

The kitchen area is compact with all the storage needed.  4 ring gas hob, oven, grill and modern extractor hood.  Fridge freezer.

The hallway leads to the twin bedroom, with wardrobe, over head storage and a mirror.  Again, plenty of light.

Main bedroom is spacious and has the luxury of a really good size en-suite.  Side tables, overhead storage, vanity unit with stool and large wardrobe.  Access to the ensuite with basin, WC and mirror.

Main bathroom with basin, wc, mirror, large shower, towel rail and floor to ceiling shelving.

Fully double glazed and gas central heating.

The condition is excellent and has been lovingly maintained.

This is a fantastic starter caravan that is a must to see.
