The holiday home has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with two free standing sofas to maximise the view to the front window. It’s ideally placed with amazing views across the land, estuary and beyond.  The location is in a quiet area of the park with no obstructions to interrupt the views. 

The bonus with this caravan is that it comes with two heat pumps, which are the most effective way of heating through the winter and cooling through the summer. The cost new was £3000 and they’ve been maintained well. 

As you enter the caravan the first thing you will notice is the size of the front windows and the light it brings into the caravan.  To your left is the dining table with 4 chairs, ready for all your meals.  The kitchen has everything you need, oven, extractor, fridge freezer.  Plenty of cupboard space and a microwave. 

The lounge area has two free standing sofas, coffee table, TV stand and a lovely flame effect fire.  Again plenty of cupboard space.

Twin bedrooms with cupboard and hanging space.  Only one mattress.  Main bedroom is modern and spacious with over head storage, wardrobe, vanity unit with stool, and side tables.  There is also a door into the main bathroom from the bedroom.

The main bathroom is again modern and spacious, with a sink, mirror cupboard, WC and large shower. 

Opposite the main bathroom is a seperate toilet with basin and WC.

Again a fantastic starter caravan.
