The Pemberton Avon is a fantastic starter caravan, if you are looking to be near the coast and the stunning countryside of Exmoor.  The location of the park is near Blue Anchor Bay with a shop, cafe, pub and plenty of places to walk.

The caravan is in a really good condition throughout.

The lounge area has fixed seating, tv cabinet, electric coal effect fire, mirror above the fire and a dining table with 4 high back chiars.

The kitchen is compact but has all the room needed.  Oven with a 4 ring hob, extractor fan, fridge and glass door cabinets.

The main bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe, over head storage and side tables. 

Twin bedroom again with over head storage and a wardrobe.

Decking to the side of the caravan with a gate, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
