The main living are boasts a large lounge with log effect fire, book shelves across one wall, plenty of room and floor to ceiling windows and patio doors which lead onto the decking area.  The views from the lounge area are stunning throughout the year.  Summer time the patio doors can be opened to allow the cool breeze in from the estuary.  This area is perfect for entertaining family or friends.  Sunlight floods in through many windows and skylights.  

The kitchen area is one of the largest available, there is more cupboard space than an average kitchen.  The velux windows in the kitchen area let in the light summer or winter, making it bright and airy.  It comes with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, double sink, oven and hob with extractor fan.  Also included is the dining room table with two chairs and a bench.  Plenty of room for 6 to 8 people.

Main Bedroom

The twin bedroom has a bunk bed, double at the bottom and single at the top, perfect for any family with children.  A walk in wardrobe offering plenty of space.

The bathroom is stylish and features a bath with shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail and plenty of shelving.
